Additional Requirements:
  • Age 18 to 40 years
  • Candidates must have a motorcycle and be able to ride it.

  • Must have the willingness and ability to work at the field level.

  • Must be willing to work in Satkhira, Jessore, Jhenaidah, and Khulna Districts.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the branch in line with organizational policies.

  • Supervise and monitor branch staff to achieve efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Maintain proper documentation, records, and compliance with audit standards.

  • Ensure timely reporting to the Head Office/Area Manager.

  • Plan and execute strategies to increase outreach, client base, and portfolio growth.

  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, community leaders, and local stakeholders.

  • Oversee the loan application, appraisal, disbursement, and recovery processes.

  • Provide guidance to Credit Officers for maintaining portfolio quality.

  • Manage branch cash flow, collections, and disbursements.

  • Prepare and submit financial statements, MIS reports, and other required returns.

  • Maintain accuracy and integrity in financial transactions.

  • Lead, motivate, and develop branch staff to achieve individual and team targets.

  • Conduct regular staff meetings, training, and performance evaluations.

  • Ensure discipline, teamwork, and compliance with HR policies.

  • Submit timely and accurate required reports.

  • Communicate organizational updates, policies, and changes to staff and clients.

  • Maintain coordination with the Area Manager/Head Office.

    • The salary during the probationary period is BDT 32,000, and after confirmation, the salary will be BDT 36,950 (excluding mobile Bill 500 and Fuel Bill 3,500)

    • Probation period: 6 months. Permanent appointment will be offered based on performance evaluation.

    • After permanent appointment, PF, gratuity, and insurance benefits will be applicable.

    • At the time of joining, a refundable security deposit must be submitted, which will be returned according to the organization`s policy.

    • Other benefits will be provided as per the organization`s rules.
