Core Responsibilities
Centralized Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage the end-to-end talent acquisition process for various subsidiaries, including specialized roles in manufacturing or healthcare.
Policy Standardization: Develop and implement uniform HR policies and employee handbooks to ensure legal compliance and cultural alignment across all group entities.
Performance Management: Oversee annual performance appraisals, ensuring timely feedback and alignment with both departmental and organizational targets.
Payroll & Benefits Administration: Coordinate complex payroll processing, attendance tracking, and benefits management (e.g., provident funds, insurance) for a diverse workforce.
Employee Relations & Compliance: Mediate workplace conflicts, manage disciplinary actions, and ensure all practices adhere to local labor laws and industry-specific regulations.
Training & Development: Identify skill gaps across the group and organize multi-level training programs to upskill staff and improve retention.
