Responsibilities & Context:
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including searching. Shortlisting and preparing CV’s and personal files.

  • Oversee onboarding formalities conduct orientation sessions for new hires and issue employ ID cards.

  • Maintain worker files and handle grievance resolution, absenteeism counseling and related employee matters.

  • Support employees on HR topics such as leave management and compensation inquiries.

  • Conduct HR initiatives to ensure compliance with employment lows, workplace safety and organizational policies.

  • Implement and uphold human resource policies effectively across the organization.

  • Gather and analyze HR date using key metrics such as time -to-time hire and employee turnover, providing actionable insights.

  • Organize and coordinate employee performance reviews to foster professional growth and alignment with organizational goods.

  • Execute general administrative tasks and participate in special projects as directed the immediate supervisor.
