About the Company
The National Sales Manager (NSM) will lead the organization’s nationwide sales operations, establish strategic growth initiatives, develop and strengthen distribution networks, and ensure consistent achievement of revenue targets. This position demands strong leadership, analytical capability, and the ability to drive high-performance sales teams across the country.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive annual and quarterly sales strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Identify market opportunities, competitive trends, and implement growth-driven action plans.
Ensure nationwide sales target achievement through structured planning and performance monitoring.
Lead and supervise the entire field force (RSM/ASM/TSO/Distributor Sales Team) ensuring optimal performance.
Define KPIs, conduct regular performance reviews, and maintain a high-performance culture.
Organize skill-development training and motivational sessions for the sales team.
Strengthen the distribution infrastructure by appointing, monitoring, and evaluating distributors and dealers.
Ensure product availability, visibility, and numeric as well as weighted distribution growth.
Expand market coverage and penetrate new territories to increase national footprint.
Maintain accurate sales forecasting, budgeting, and demand planning.
Analyze sales data, assess market challenges, and provide timely strategic solutions.
Prepare detailed weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports for top management.
Collaborate with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Production departments to ensure seamless sales operations.
Provide market intelligence and consumer insights for product development and promotional planning.
Ensure effective execution of trade promotions, schemes, and brand activation programs.
