  • Proficiency in MS Office and marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM software).

  • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work under pressure.



Responsibilities & Context:

Marketing

  • Assist in developing and executing annual brand marketing plans for lubricants and automotive oils.

  • Conduct market research, analyze competitor activities, and identify growth opportunities.

  • Support product positioning and pricing strategies aligned with business objectives.

  • Plan, execute, and monitor integrated marketing campaigns (ATL, BTL, and digital).

  • Manage creative agencies for advertisement development, packaging design, and promotional materials.

  • Coordinate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with field requirements.

  • Drive digital campaigns including SEO/SEM, social media, and influencer collaborations.

  • Monitor online brand presence and customer engagement, and provide insights for improvement.

Promotions & Events

  • Organize dealer meets, product launches, trade shows, and sponsorship activities.

  • Plan and manage budgets for promotional activities ensuring cost-effectiveness.

  • Track and analyze brand performance, campaign ROI, and customer feedback.

  • Prepare regular reports for management review.

  • Work closely with sales, supply chain, and product development teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.

  • Liaise with external vendors, agencies, and partners for smooth campaign execution.
