Creative mindset with strong communication skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Responsibilities & Context:
Plan, create and manage high-converting Facebook ad campaigns
Optimize ad performance (targeting, budgeting, A/B testing)
Edit promotional and social media videos
Design graphics for social media, ads, and branding materials
Develop and maintain company websites (WordPress / Custom)
Monitor analytics and prepare performance reports
Coordinate with team for campaign strategy and content planning
