Responsibilities & Context:
Job Location: Chittagong.
Generate new leads through online & offline marketing.
Communicate with potential clients and arrange meetings.
Present company services (Architecture & Interior Design) to clients.
Follow up with leads and convert them into projects.
Manage client database and maintain relationships.
Coordinate with design and project teams.
Support digital marketing and promotional campaigns.
Prepare & submit daily, weekly and monthly sales report including targets, achievement, and forecast.
Perform any other sales coordination and reporting duties assigned by management.
