Determine yearly sales target by preparing zonal and area sales plan.
Plan, organize and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly sales target.
Use leadership techniques to motivate and develop people and lead the sales team to execute sales strategies and to achieve sales goal.
Resolve sales related problems and maintain relation between relevant internal and external stakeholders.
Analyze sales performance to understand the sales trends, sales strategies, market environment and competition.
Develop strategic sales plan along to exploit potential regional markets in the consumer sector.
