Additional Requirements:

Education

(1) Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.

(2) Relevant certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager) are an advantage but not required.

Experience

(1) 2+ years of experience in digital marketing with hands-on work in Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Social Media Marketing (SMM).

(2) Proven experience managing paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other paid social channels.

(3) Experience in campaign optimization, performance tracking, and ROI analysis.

(4) Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics and reporting dashboards.

Essential Skills

(1) Strong knowledge of Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Social Media Marketing (SMM), including campaign setup, optimization, and performance analysis using Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.

(2) Ability to analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions using tools such as Google Analytics.

(3) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

(4) Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Highly Valued Skills

(1) Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and audience targeting strategies.Familiarity with additional marketing tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, or marketing automation platforms.

Responsibilities & Context:

The Role

(1) You will be responsible for planning, creating, and managing paid advertising campaigns across search engines and social media platforms.

(2) This role requires strong knowledge of Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Social Media Marketing (SMM), including campaign setup, optimization, and performance analysis using tools such as Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.

(3) You will conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to develop effective advertising strategies that improve campaign performance.

(4) You will monitor campaign performance and prepare reports using analytics tools such as Google Analytics and advertising platform dashboards.

(5) You will collaborate with the creative and content teams to develop effective ad creatives and landing pages that improve engagement and conversion rates.

(6) You will continuously optimize campaigns to improve key metrics such as CTR, conversions, and return on investment (ROI).

(7) You will stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to ensure campaigns remain competitive and effective.
