Additional Requirements:

Experience

(1) Minimum 2–4 years of experience in Search Engine Marketing (SEM) or PPC campaign management.

(2) Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns with measurable ROI/ROAS results.

(3) Hands-on experience with keyword research, bidding strategies, and campaign optimisation.

(4) Experience with conversion tracking setup using GA4 and Google Tag Manager.

(5) Familiarity with landing page optimisation and conversion rate improvement strategies.

(6) Experience working with budgets, reporting, and performance-driven campaigns.

(7) Exposure to eCommerce or lead generation campaigns is highly preferred.

Essential Skills

(1) Strong knowledge of Google Ads platform and campaign structures

(2) Expertise in keyword research, match types, and search intent targeting

(3) Ability to optimise campaigns for CTR, CPA, CPL, and ROAS

(4) Proficiency in GA4 reporting and campaign performance analysis

(5) Experience with Google Tag Manager for tracking setup and debugging

(6) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

(7) Ability to manage multiple campaigns and budgets simultaneously

(8) Excellent communication and reporting skills

(9) Strong attention to detail and data accuracy

High-Value Skills

(1) Experience with Performance Max campaigns and smart bidding strategies

(2) Knowledge of Meta Ads or multi-channel paid media strategies

(3) Experience in CRO (Conversion Rate Optimisation) and landing page testing

(4) Advanced remarketing and audience segmentation strategies

(5) Experience with Looker Studio dashboard creation and automation reporting

(6) Understanding of sales funnels and customer journey mapping

(7) Experience in eCommerce SEM scaling strategies

(8) Knowledge of AI tools for ad copy and campaign optimisation

The Role

(1) Plan, execute, and optimise Google Ads campaigns across search, display, and remarketing networks

(2) Conduct keyword research and develop high-performing campaign structures

(3) Manage bidding strategies to maximise ROI and achieve campaign goals

(4) Monitor and analyse campaign performance daily, weekly, and monthly

(5) Optimise ad copy, targeting, and landing pages to improve conversion rates

(6) Set up and maintain accurate conversion tracking using GA4 and GTM

(7) Provide clear performance reports with insights and recommendations

(8) Collaborate with designers, developers, and marketing teams to improve campaign outcomes

(9) Continuously test and refine campaigns to improve efficiency and scalability
