The Role

(1) Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn to generate new business opportunities

(2) Identify, qualify, and engage potential clients aligned with the company’s ideal customer profile

(3) Schedule and coordinate discovery calls/meetings for the sales team

(4) Maintain accurate records of interactions and pipeline activity in the CRM

(5) Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to optimize lead generation strategies

(6) Consistently meet or exceed KPIs such as outreach volume, qualified leads, and booked meetings
