Experience

  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in Search Engine Marketing (SEM) or PPC campaign management.
  • Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns with measurable ROI/ROAS results.
  • Hands-on experience with keyword research, bidding strategies, and campaign optimisation.
  • Experience with conversion tracking setup using GA4 and Google Tag Manager.
  • Familiarity with landing page optimisation and conversion rate improvement strategies.
  • Experience working with budgets, reporting, and performance-driven campaigns.
  • Exposure to eCommerce or lead generation campaigns is highly preferred.

Essential Skills

  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads platform and campaign structures
  • Expertise in keyword research, match types, and search intent targeting
  • Ability to optimise campaigns for CTR, CPA, CPL, and ROAS
  • Proficiency in GA4 reporting and campaign performance analysis
  • Experience with Google Tag Manager for tracking setup and debugging
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and budgets simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy

High-Value Skills

  • Experience with Performance Max campaigns and smart bidding strategies
  • Knowledge of Meta Ads or multi-channel paid media strategies
  • Experience in CRO (Conversion Rate Optimisation) and landing page testing
  • Advanced remarketing and audience segmentation strategies
  • Experience with Looker Studio dashboard creation and automation reporting
  • Understanding of sales funnels and customer journey mapping
  • Experience in eCommerce SEM scaling strategies
  • Knowledge of AI tools for ad copy and campaign optimisation

The Role

  • Plan, execute, and optimise Google Ads campaigns across search, display, and remarketing networks

  • Conduct keyword research and develop high-performing campaign structures

  • Manage bidding strategies to maximise ROI and achieve campaign goals

  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance daily, weekly, and monthly

  • Optimise ad copy, targeting, and landing pages to improve conversion rates

  • Set up and maintain accurate conversion tracking using GA4 and GTM

  • Provide clear performance reports with insights and recommendations

  • Collaborate with designers, developers, and marketing teams to improve campaign outcomes

  • Continuously test and refine campaigns to improve efficiency and scalability
