Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and performance-driven Senior Executive – Marketing who will lead end-to-end marketing strategy, execution, and growth initiatives. This role requires expertise in both ATL (Above The Line) and BTL (Below The Line) marketing, digital marketing, activation campaigns, and partnership development.
The ideal candidate will build a complete marketing funnel—from awareness to lead generation to customer conversion and retention—while aligning marketing objectives with quarterly business revenue targets.
This position is designed for a long-term marketing professional who will scale the marketing function and build a high-performing team of at least three members within one year.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Marketing Planning & Revenue Alignment
Develop annual and quarterly marketing plans aligned with business revenue targets
Design marketing goals that directly contribute to 120% revenue growth in 12 months
Create measurable KPIs for brand awareness, lead generation, conversion, and retention
Develop quarterly growth roadmaps for Tejgaon, Gulshan, Mohakhali, Badda and Rampura markets
Establish structured reporting and performance review mechanisms
2. ATL & Brand Awareness Strategy
Plan and execute localized ATL campaigns (OOH, local print, radio tie-ins, banners, area branding)
Develop brand positioning strategy emphasizing trust, reliability, and professionalism
Drive hyperlocal awareness campaigns around service centers
Design creative messaging tailored for urban motorcycle riders
Ensure consistent brand voice across all platforms
3. BTL, Activation & Community Marketing
Execute ground activations near high-traffic rider zones
Partner with rider groups, bike clubs, delivery fleets, and corporate offices
Plan service camps, free check-up days, and loyalty drives
Create referral programs and membership programs
Organize local engagement campaigns to drive repeat servicing
4. Digital Marketing & Lead Funnel Management
Develop a full-funnel digital marketing strategy (Awareness → Consideration → Conversion → Retention)
Manage paid ads (Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads) with conversion-focused campaigns
Optimize landing pages and messaging for service bookings
Implement CRM or lead tracking system to monitor inquiry-to-service conversion
Track cost-per-lead, cost-per-acquisition, and ROI
Execute content marketing strategy (educational posts, maintenance tips, trust-building content)
5. Conversion & Retention Strategy
Create structured lead nurturing systems
Develop SMS/WhatsApp remarketing flows
Implement loyalty and repeat servicing campaigns
Design membership/subscription-based service offers
Analyze customer lifecycle and improve retention rates
6. Partnership & Business Development
Identify and secure strategic partnerships with:
Delivery companies
Corporate offices
Bike rental services
Riding communities
Develop B2B service packages
Explore collaboration opportunities with parts distributors and accessory brands
7. Team Building & Leadership
Build and lead a marketing team of at least three members within one year
Define roles (Digital Executive, Field Activation Officer, Content/Design Support)
Establish SOPs for campaign execution and reporting
Foster a performance-driven, target-oriented marketing culture
8. Data, Analytics & Performance Optimization
Prepare monthly and quarterly marketing performance reports
Track funnel metrics: impressions, engagement, leads, bookings, repeat customers
Optimize campaigns based on data insights
Maintain budget efficiency and ROI accountability

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
2–4+ years of experience in marketing (service industry preferred)
Proven experience in ATL & BTL campaign execution
Strong understanding of digital marketing funnels and performance marketing
Experience managing paid advertising campaigns
Hands-on experience with lead generation and conversion tracking
Strong analytical and reporting skills
Experience in team coordination or leadership is preferred

Experience in automotive, bike servicing, or technical service industry
