We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Relations Executive. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and improving customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and handling customer queries and complaints efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as customers' primary point of contact and address their queries and concerns.
• Proactively engage with customers to ensure their satisfaction with our services.
• Maintain and update customer records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Follow up with old customers and gather feedback on their service experience.
• Maintain the CRM for building customer relations.
• Coordinate with the service and technical teams to resolve customer issues promptly.
• Assist in developing and implementing customer service policies and procedures.
• Prepare and present reports on customer feedback and suggestions to the management team.
