Additional Requirements:

  • Strong hands-on skills in Meta Business Suite, Canva, Google Ads, SEO tools and video editing basics.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Bengali


Responsibilities & Context:

We are looking for a proactive and creative Digital Marketer cum Media Manager who will be responsible for driving our digital campaigns, social media presence, and brand communication. This role combines strategic digital marketing with hands-on media content creation and platform management — particularly in the context of EduTech and online education.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution:

  • Develop and implement integrated digital marketing strategies.

  • Plan and execute paid ad campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Google, YouTube, and Instagram with clear ROI goals.

  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance via Meta Ads Manager, and other tools.

  • Drive traffic and engagement to the Safollo Academy website and app, focusing on lead generation and course enrollment.

  • Ensure brand promotion by facebook, youtube liveMake promotional content for facebook.

  • Engage with influencers or public faces relevent to EduTech and online learning.

  • Stay updated with digital trends, competitor activities and platform algorithm updates.

  • Apply new marketing strategies for different tools and different media (Tiktok, Insta etc)

Social Media & Content Management:

  • Create and manage the social media calendar, aligning with academic offerings, national events, and campaigns.

  • Oversee daily posting, engagement, and growth strategies across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

  • Supervise or create visual assets and promotional content, including motion graphics, reels, thumbnails, banners, and short videos.

  • Plan, script, and coordinate video production and photo shoots (e.g., faculty interviews, testimonials, promotional reels).

  • Collaborate with video editors, graphic designers, and faculty to create engaging learning and promotional content.

  • Maintain quality control and brand consistency across all media assets.

  • Maintain facebook pages & groups, youtube channels and other media like Tiktok, Instagram, Linkedin, X, Threads etc.

Reporting & Optimization:

  • Prepare weekly performance reports on marketing KPIs, including CAC, CTR, CPC, conversion, and engagement.

  • Continuously optimize content and campaigns based on data insights.
