Responsibilities & Context:

Safollo Academy is an emerging EdTech platform in Bangladesh that helps students prepare for competitive government exams such as BCS, NTRCA, Primary Teacher Recruitment, and other public sector jobs. We provide updated courses, lecture sheets, video classes, and AI-driven assessments to make exam preparation more accessible and effective.

We are seeking a Business Analyst (BA) to join our team and play a key role in driving data-driven decisions, process improvements, and strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities in the EdTech sector.

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret student performance and platform usage data to generate actionable insights.

  • Set marketing strategies and execution.

  • Improve new ideas and innovation for business growth.

  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports on KPIs (enrollment, engagement, retention, mock test performance).

  • Collaborate with educators and the tech team to enhance course structure, platform features, and user experience.

  • Map and improve internal processes (content creation, student support, marketing funnels).

  • Support financial planning by preparing ROI analyses, cost-benefit studies, and pricing strategies.

  • Contribute to business plans, investor decks, and growth strategies.

  • Document business requirements and act as a bridge between management, educators, and developers.

  • Play a advisory role to the Authority for business expansion and growth.
