Job Location: Fantasy Kingdom Complex, Ashulia, Savar, Dhaka.

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital, social media, print, and in-house channels to promote resort offerings.

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for rooms, events, and resort services.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities.

• Identify, approach, and manage potential clients, including corporate accounts, travel agencies, and tour operators.

• Monitor occupancy, revenue, and marketing metrics to ensure business targets are met.

• Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.

• Coordinate with operations, front office, and other departments to ensure smooth execution of promotional campaigns and client events.

• Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and periodic sales reports.

• Any other tasks assigned by the management.
