Answering Messages & Comments: Replying to customer inquiries in the inbox and comment section quickly and politely.
Deleting Spam & Negative Comments: Hiding or deleting inappropriate comments, fake links, or abusive language to keep the page clean.
Engaging with Followers: Interacting with the audience by liking their positive comments and thanking them for reviews.
Scheduling Posts: Helping upload or schedule daily posts at the right times using Meta Business Suite.
Reporting Customer Feedback: Sharing common customer questions, complaints, or trends with the page owner or admin.
Office Time : 7pm to 12am (Everyday)Job Type: Part Time
