• Lead the development of new personal care and toiletries products, including concept generation, formulation, and product validation.

• Conduct research on market trends, consumer preferences, and emerging technologies to identify new product opportunities.

• Develop and optimize formulations ensuring product performance, safety, and cost effectiveness.

• Work closely with Marketing and Brand teams to translate product concepts into commercially viable products.

• Continuously improve existing products to enhance quality, stability, and cost efficiency.

• Address formulation challenges and ensure product consistency across batches.

• Support product renovation and reformulation initiatives based on consumer feedback and regulatory changes.
