Core Responsibilities:
Contribute to the development and maintenance of brand equity by formulation marketing mix
Forecast the growth of assigned brands considering the past trend, consumer insight and future potential
Work closely with cross functional departments along with creative agencies to make sure that the brand values and image is delivered accordingly
Find out business opportunity in terms of new product and coordinate the innovation projects & evaluate new brands and extensions
Monitor market trends and competitor's marketing activities to ensure the right message is delivered for the product to the right target group
Idea generation by identifying the unique and relevant consumer need and develop & disseminate campaign accordingly, followed by post evaluation
