Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee and manage the entire HR, Admin, and Compliance functions.
∎ Ensure full compliance with Bangladesh Labor Law, industry regulations, and buyer compliance standards.
∎ Lead recruitment, employee relations, training & development, and performance management.
∎ Implement HR & administrative policies that foster a productive workplace.
∎ Ensure fire, safety, and environmental compliance in line with local and international standards.
∎ Handle audits, factory inspections, buyer compliance requirements, and corrective action plans.
∎ Advise senior management on workforce planning and compliance strategies.
