Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Provide technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and networking issues.
∎ Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.
∎ Maintain and monitor the organization’s local area network (LAN), internet, and Wi-Fi systems.
∎ Support in the configuration and maintenance of email systems and user accounts.
∎ Ensure IT policies and procedures are followed in line with company standards.
∎ Technical support for ERP & Payroll Software
