Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead the Industrial Engineering (I.E) team to ensure optimum productivity.
∎ Analyze production processes and implement methods for time and cost savings.
∎ Develop and monitor production targets and line layouts.
∎ Plan and balance production lines for smooth workflow.
∎ Conduct method studies and work measurements.
∎ Prepare reports on efficiency, capacity, and productivity improvements.
∎ Provide training and support to production teams for lean manufacturing practices.
∎ Coordinate with production and planning teams to meet delivery deadlines.
