Educational Requirements:
∎ Post-Graduation in Business Administration major in Human Resources Management from IBA or Dhaka University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To manage general HR practices such as recruitment, staffing, succession planning, performance management evaluation, leave management, staff orientation, development and training, compensation and benefits administration.
∎ To ensure proper maintenance of all personnel and HR related documents.
∎ To carry out the quarterly/half yearly/ annual performance appraisal process in an efficient manner and developing the skills of leadership.
∎ Any other task as assigned by the senior management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Candidate should have at least 5 years of practical experience in relevant field of reputed Non-life insurance companies.
∎ Ability to supervise & manage Human Resource Department as a Head.
