Responsibilities & Context:
We are seeking an experienced Marketing AVP to promote new insurance products in the market. The role involves developing go-to-market strategies, conducting market research, creating campaigns, and driving brand awareness to ensure successful adoption and growth.
· Market Research & Analysis:
· Conduct competitor analysis, customer segmentation, and market trends to identify opportunities.
· Define target audience and positioning strategy for the new product.
· Go-to-Market Strategy:
· Develop and execute comprehensive launch plans (digital, offline, B2B/B2C).
· Create unique value propositions and messaging for the product.
· Collaborate with sales, product development, and underwriting teams to align strategy.
· Campaign Development:
· Design and manage marketing campaigns (digital ads, social media, content, events, PR).
· Develop promotional materials (brochures, presentations, landing pages, videos).
· Implement lead generation and nurturing strategies.
· Brand Awareness & Engagement:
· Position the product as innovative, trustworthy, and customer-centric.
· Build partnerships with agencies, brokers, and distribution channels.
· Manage public relations and media outreach.
· Performance Tracking & Reporting:
· Measure campaign ROI and KPIs (leads, conversions, brand reach).
· Provide insights to improve marketing effectiveness.
