∎ Karnaphuli Insurance Company Limited, a well reputed insurance company, is currently
∎ seeking highly motivated and performance-driven individuals for the following positions:
∎ Head Office (Motijheel C/A, Dhaka)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conducting human resource operations and activities in
∎ strict compliance with human resource policy.
∎ Plan, direct, and coordinate the human resource management
∎ activities of the firm to maximize strategic use of human
∎ resources and employee engagement.
∎ Ensuring legal compliance and working closely with the
∎ higher Management on organizational issues related to
∎ Human Resources.
∎ Monitoring the daily business activities of all the branches
∎ and informing the CEO
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 50 years
∎ Priority will be given to the experienced HR professionals.
∎ Experience of Insurance or Banking Industry will be preferred.
∎ Must have good communication and interpersonal skills
∎ (Both written and oral).
Salary:
∎ Salary & other benefits are subject to negotiation.
