∎ Posting: Head Office, Motijheel C/A., Dhaka

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To maintain overall activities of share & Investment Department of the Company.
∎ To maintain liaison with the securities & exchange commission, Dhaka Stock Exchange & Chattogram Stock Exchange, Registrar of Joint Stock Companies & Firms, CDBL & IDRA.
∎ To maintain SMS (share management software) & Central Depository System (CDS) and de-materialization update with Central Depository Bangladesh Ltd.(CDBL)
∎ To assist the Company secretary relating to shares and board affairs, submission of monthly shareholding position of the Directors to concerned Authority.
∎ Declaration of quarterly, half yearly, 3rd quarterly and yearly price sensitive information to all liaison office and shareholders.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 5-years experience in Share & Investment Department.
∎ Priority will be given to the experienced professionals.
∎ Good communication and interpersonal skills (Both written and spoken in Bengali & English) will be preferred.

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
