∎ MBA/ BBA in HR from DU/ IUB/ BRAC/ North South/ East-West university.
∎ Priority will be given to experienced HR professionals.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conducting human resource operation and activities in strict compliance with human resource policy.
∎ Ensuring legal, compliance and working closely with the higher Management on organizational issues related to Human Resource.
∎ Monitoring the daily business activities of all the Branches and informing the Chief Executive Officer.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Must have good communication and interpersonal skills (Both written and spoken in Bengali & English). Knowledge in updated information technology.
