  • At least 15 years' proven experience including 5 years as Head of HR, or equivalent position, preferably within Group of Companies, FMCG, etc.

  • Strong expertise in strategic HR planning, performance management, and organizational development.

  • Proven track record in conducting TNA, L&D, and leading employee engagement initiatives.

  • Solid understanding of employment laws, HR systems, and administrative best practices.

  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.

  • Possesses advance level proficiency in MS Office Applications to drive data driven HR insights and decision making

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic HR and Admin plans aligned with the company’s vision and mission.

  • Prepare and manage the company’s overall HR & Admin budgets and business plan ensuring cost-effective resource utilization.

  • Lead end-to-end talent acquisition, onboarding, and succession planning processes.

  • Design and manage performance management frameworks, including KPIs and evaluations, across all departments.

  • Conduct Training Needs Assessments (TNA) and oversee organization-wide training and development initiatives.

  • Create and manage a comprehensive Learning & Development (L&D) calendar and ensure training targets are met.

  • Facilitate coaching sessions for critical resources to support leadership and performance growth.

  • Design and drive employee engagement, cultural transformation, and organizational development programs.

  • Lead compensation, benefits in line with Bangaldesh Labor Law & Rules, company HR policies/manual. Conduct job evaluation to ensure competitiveness and internal equity. Oversee the functionality of HRIS system.

  • Strengthen internal communication frameworks to foster transparency and value-driven culture. Manage employee relations, resolve grievances, and handle disciplinary matters according to laws and company policy.

  • Extend HR leadership and support to subsidiaries, associated entities, and joint ventures as required.

  • Oversee day-to-day administrative operations, including office facilities, housekeeping, Transport and visitor management.

  • Manage office assets, inventory, and compliance with safety, regulatory, and legal requirements.

  • Ensure timely renewal of licenses, permits, and maintain relationships with government bodies.

  • Lead corporate event planning & management, Support business continuity by providing seamless administrative services across all business units and locations.
