Experience:
Minimum Graduate in (HRM / Management / Business) degree from a reputed institution
Candidate with recognized HR Certification will get preference.
At least 15 years with 5 years in similar position
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies, FMCG, etc.
At least 15 years' proven experience including 5 years as Head of HR, or equivalent position, preferably within Group of Companies, FMCG, etc.
Strong expertise in strategic HR planning, performance management, and organizational development.
Proven track record in conducting TNA, L&D, and leading employee engagement initiatives.
Solid understanding of employment laws, HR systems, and administrative best practices.
Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Possesses advance level proficiency in MS Office Applications to drive data driven HR insights and decision making

Job Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic HR and Admin plans aligned with the company’s vision and mission.
Prepare and manage the company’s overall HR & Admin budgets and business plan ensuring cost-effective resource utilization.
Lead end-to-end talent acquisition, onboarding, and succession planning processes.
Design and manage performance management frameworks, including KPIs and evaluations, across all departments.
Conduct Training Needs Assessments (TNA) and oversee organization-wide training and development initiatives.
Create and manage a comprehensive Learning & Development (L&D) calendar and ensure training targets are met.
Facilitate coaching sessions for critical resources to support leadership and performance growth.
Design and drive employee engagement, cultural transformation, and organizational development programs.
Lead compensation, benefits in line with Bangaldesh Labor Law & Rules, company HR policies/manual. Conduct job evaluation to ensure competitiveness and internal equity. Oversee the functionality of HRIS system.
Strengthen internal communication frameworks to foster transparency and value-driven culture. Manage employee relations, resolve grievances, and handle disciplinary matters according to laws and company policy.
Extend HR leadership and support to subsidiaries, associated entities, and joint ventures as required.
Oversee day-to-day administrative operations, including office facilities, housekeeping, Transport and visitor management.
Manage office assets, inventory, and compliance with safety, regulatory, and legal requirements.
Ensure timely renewal of licenses, permits, and maintain relationships with government bodies.
Lead corporate event planning & management, Support business continuity by providing seamless administrative services across all business units and locations.
