• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Engineering (Electrical and/or Mechanical) from reputed/public/private university.

• Minimum 10-12 years of experience in concerned field.

• Proven experience in supervision, installation, management of large construction projects maintance specially in the RMG sector.

• Must have leadership quality in problem-solving, strong team leadership and clear communication skills.

• Proficiency in project management software and tools.

• Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.

• Ability to hold top position the section.

• Must have avility to read/understand drawings.

• Must have experience to work with International Audit Companies (Accord, Alliance, RSC, Scan, Wrap, CT Pat, etc.)

• The management of a reputable group of companies, which owns 100% export-oriented woven and knit RMG units, is searching for a qualified "Deputy Manager (Electrical, Fire, Utility and VRF System of a large Garment Manufacturing and Exporting Industry-RMG)" for one of its newly constructed Green RMG factory.

• Prepare and maintain daily logs of all equipments/plants.

• Responsible for operation and maintanance of Generators, Power substation, power distribution system, load analysis, lift & related electrical maintenance work.

• Work on different Electrical & Fire Safety CAPs given by relevant buyers. (Accord, Alliance, RSC, Scan, Wrap, CT Pat, etc.) and maintain all Up To Date documents.

• Candidate should be capable to solve all sorts of electrical and electronic problems, machine modification, troubleshooting works of Generator, Boiler, Compressor etc.

• Keep record of utility cost, budgeting of projects, Material quality check etc. to ensure proper operation.

• Keep contact with Govt bodies to ensure proper supply of utility services.

• Responsible for LEED environmental issues and provide update in respective module.

• Ensure all health, safety, and environmental protocols which are followed on-site, implement best practices to minimize risk and worker safety.

• Any other assignment not detailed herein & felt conducive by management as and when necessary.

• Must have good writing communication in English/Bengali.
