Minimum 10–15 years of experience in HR, Admin & Compliance in the RMG sector, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership position.
In-depth knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Law and compliance requirements.
Strong leadership and team management skills.

Proven record of handling compliance audits and buyer visits successfully.

Job Description (JD):
The Head of HR, Admin & Compliance will oversee and lead the company’s Human Resource Management, Administration, and Compliance functions. He will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, ensuring compliance with labor laws and buyer requirements, fostering employee relations, and ensuring smooth administrative operations. The role requires strong leadership, decision-making, and the ability to align people strategy with business goals.
Responsibilities:
Lead the HR, Admin & Compliance department and manage the full spectrum of HR operations.
Formulate HR policies, strategies, and procedures aligned with organizational objectives.
Ensure legal compliance with Bangladesh Labor Law, Factories Act, and international buyer code of conduct.
Supervise recruitment, selection, training & development, performance management, compensation & benefits, and succession planning.
Ensure smooth employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary management.
Monitor and maintain workplace safety, security, and welfare facilities.
Oversee compliance audits, certification programs (e.g., BSCI, SEDEX, WRAP, Accord, Alliance, etc.), and buyer inspections.
Provide strategic HR input to management for decision-making and organizational growth.
Ensure effective coordination between HR, Admin & Compliance with other departments.
Guide and monitor the Admin team in managing transport, security, housekeeping, canteen, and other facilities.
Lead compliance initiatives to uphold buyer requirements and social accountability standards.
