Responsibilities & Context:

Job Summary:

Fashion Step Group is seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Procurement (Local & International) to oversee all sourcing and purchasing activities—both domestic and overseas. The ideal candidate must have extensive experience in RMG sector procurement, covering local purchases, imports, and logistics, and be well-versed in procurement-related audits, as all procurement transactions are reviewed by FSG’s internal Audit Department.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the full procurement process for both local and international purchases (machinery, utilities, accessories, raw materials, and other operational items).

  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to ensure quality, cost-efficiency, and timely delivery.

  • Maintain full compliance with company policy and audit requirements, ensuring all documentation is complete and transparent.

  • Negotiate contracts, payment terms, and supplier agreements with local and international vendors.

  • Monitor supplier performance, market trends, and pricing fluctuations.

  • Coordinate closely with production, finance, and audit teams for smooth operations.

  • Maintain vendor databases and evaluate supplier capabilities regularly.

  • Ensure ethical, compliant, and cost-effective procurement practices across all categories.
