  • A highly experienced and competent professional capable of leading factory operations in Compliance, Human Resources, and Administration in an integrated and effective manner.

  • The candidate must demonstrate strong leadership, professionalism, and ethical standards while ensuring a disciplined and compliant workplace environment.



Responsibilities & Context:

KPI-based responsibilities for a 100% export-oriented RMG factory like Bellissima Apparels Ltd.

  • Compliance Management

  • Ensure full compliance with local labor laws, buyer Codes of Conduct, and international compliance standards (ACCORD/RSC, BSCI, SEDEX, WRAP, ISO, etc.).

  • Lead and prepare the factory for buyer audits, social compliance audits, and government inspections.

  • Maintain all compliance-related documentation, records, and reports accurately and timely.

  • Implement workplace safety, fire safety, health, and environmental standards as per legal and buyer requirements.

  • Coordinate with buyers, auditors, and regulatory authorities regarding compliance issues and corrective action plans (CAP).

  • Human Resources Management

  • Oversee end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, attendance, leave, payroll coordination, performance management, and disciplinary procedures.

  • Ensure proper implementation of HR policies, factory rules, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

  • Handle worker grievances, dispute resolution, and maintain positive industrial relations.

  • Ensure fair treatment, ethical practices, and worker welfare in line with labor laws and buyer expectations.

  • Conduct training and awareness programs on compliance, discipline, safety, and workplace ethics.

  • Administration & Discipline

  • Manage overall administrative operations of the factory including security, office, housekeeping, transport, canteen, and utilities.

  • Maintain strong coordination with production, merchandising, and management teams.

  • Enforce discipline, punctuality, and professional conduct across all levels of manpower.

  • Ensure effective manpower planning, deployment, and productivity control.

  • Leadership & Coordination

  • Lead, guide, and motivate HR, compliance, and admin teams with a strong command and professional attitude.

  • Act as a bridge between workers, management, and buyers, ensuring smooth communication and mutual understanding.

  • Advise top management on compliance risks, HR strategy, and organizational improvements.

  • Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Excellent knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Law, HR compliance, and factory administration.

  • Strong command, decision-making ability, and conflict-management skills.

  • Physically fit with the ability to manage large workforces effectively.

  • Proven capability in handling workers, buyers, auditors, and management professionally.

  • High integrity, leadership mindset, and stress-management ability.

  • Ex-Army Officer will be given preference.
