  • Strong understanding of local market trends, digital platforms (social media, SEO/SEM), and customer communication strategies.

  • Excellent communication skills in both Bangla and English (written and verbal).

  • Proficiency in marketing tools, campaign analytics, and content management systems is preferred.

Job Description:

The Head of Brand and Communications Division will be responsible for developing and executing the bank’s brand strategy, corporate communication, public relations, and digital media presence. The role involves overseeing both internal and external communication functions, managing the bank's image, and promoting brand consistency across all customer and stakeholder touchpoints. The incumbent will play a pivotal role in positioning the bank as a trusted, customer-centric, and innovative financial institution in Bangladesh.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive brand, marketing, and communication strategies aligned with the bank’s vision and business goals.
  • Maintain and enhance the bank’s brand identity across all channels (print, digital, branches, campaigns).
  • Oversee all public relations activities including press releases, media relations, event management, and corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives.
  • Manage the bank’s website, social media platforms, and digital engagement strategies to build customer trust and community presence.
  • Ensure timely and effective internal communications across departments and branches.
  • Act as the official spokesperson for the bank when required and manage media interactions.
  • Monitor brand reputation and respond effectively to crisis communications or public feedback.
  • Lead the planning and execution of product marketing campaigns and customer engagement programs.
  • Collaborate with other departments (Retail, SME, IT, HR) to ensure consistent and effective communication of bank products and services.
