Minimum 7-10 years’ experience with 5-6 years of experience as a relationship manager in a bank.
Expert in understanding revenue streams, operating expenses, payment, and transaction patterns to gauge the first-level credit worthiness of the customer.
Complete knowledge on the Bank`s products & services being offered to corporate customers.
Expert/Proficient in forming sustainable business relationships and create powerful networks with internal stakeholders and / or external customers to deliver business results
Expert in customer-centricity, developing others, and capable of meeting deadlines.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensure growth in the asset portfolio through proactive client sourcing and effective relationship management.
Maintaining sustainable growth of asset portfolio and the liability base in line with the departmental plans and strategy.
Monitor and control risk across all customer portfolios to ensure that the Bank is not exposed to inappropriate levels of risk and financial loss to the Bank is minimized.
Develop and maintain the Bank’s most complex key relationships with strategically important existing and potential clients to maximize corporate banking revenues.
Understanding of market dynamics and emerging business opportunities.
Ensure the corporate banking clients are offered the best-in-class products to meet their requirements.
Provide consistently high-quality service experience to clients, ensuring professionalism and timely support.
Support, coach and mentor Relationship and Assistant Relationship Managers to ensure that they possess all skills required to achieve their accountabilities.
Contribute to benchmark BRAC Bank’s corporate banking products and service features against those of local competitors so that BRAC’s corporate banking product and service developers are aware of market trends and can design and price competitive products & services.
