Experience in managing BB inspections, audit queries, and investor relations is preferred.

Job Description:
The CFO will be responsible for the strategic financial management of the bank, ensuring robust financial control, regulatory compliance (including Bangladesh Bank and BSEC requirements), and financial planning to support sustainable growth.
Responsibilities:
Develop and manage financial strategies in line with the bank’s vision and regulatory framework.
Supervise financial reporting, budgeting, taxation, and regulatory reporting to Bangladesh Bank.
Ensure timely submission of all regulatory returns (DOS, BRPD, DMD, FID, etc.).
Manage capital adequacy, liquidity, and investment portfolios in line with Basel III and BB guidelines.
Lead relationships with Bangladesh Bank, external auditors, and rating agencies.
Support the Board and Executive Committee with strategic financial analysis.
