Experience:
Bachelor’s degree from a reputed university with a satisfactory academic record. A degree in Computer Science & Engineering/ EEE / Telecommunication, or a related field is preferred.
2-4 years of experience in working with Card/ ADC/ Electronic Banking related systems/terminals.
Basic knowledge about payment terminals, card systems, payment gateway and merchant acquiring platforms.
Knowledge about QR codes, NFC, Mobile wallets, and POS technology.
Clear concept of the payment system domain, including VISA, MC, JCB/NPSB operations.
Basic knowledge of the Oracle Database Management System and Unix Platform.
Knowledge about PCIDSS and cyber security.
Willing to provide support 24/7 on a requirement basis.
Excellent interpersonal skills and strong communication skills (oral and written).
Critical thinking and proactive decision-making
Customer-centric, self-motivated, a team player, and capable of meeting deadlines.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage ATM/CRM terminals, Card Management Systems, payment gateways, merchant acquiring solutions, and call center solutions.
Work on different projects related to Alternate Delivery Channels, Cards, and Electronic Banking.
Investigate different issues and provide Level 1 and Level 2 support.
Perform System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) of the OEM-provided release and deploy it in production.
Implement payment scheme mandates like VISA, Mastercard, and JCB mandates.
Plan and prioritize the production schedule for any issues to ensure timely delivery.
Implement and comply with the guidelines of the central bank, PCIDSS and other regulatory guidelines.
Write SQL scripts to fetch data from the database as per business requirements.
Manage vendor relationships and ensure AMC, SLA, and billing related to applications.
