∎ Should have Expertise on Product Matrix & Skill Matrix.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Woven Garments (Tops Bottom), Woven Garments Factory Production Management
∎ Must have good control / command to run the entire department with its production.
∎ Strong interpersonal skill, Leadership, Honest & Dynamic.
∎ Willing to live and work in factory premises at Gazipur.
∎ Having Technical background in setting Plant of Woven GMTS especially World Class Sweaters Project is preferable.
∎ To have knowledge about Sweaters & pant production (all types of woven).
∎ To have knowledge about a product and its productivity.
∎ To have knowledge about all sorts of compliance.
∎ To know about all sorts of production calculations. Starting from receiving of raw material to final delivery of GMTS.

Salary: Negotiable
