Responsibilities & Context:
  • Develop and implement HR policies, strategies, and SOPs.
  • Formulate and ensure the implementation of facility increments and promotions.
  • Prepare Salary Sheet; manage all activities related to payroll & able to work with payroll software.
  • Design and oversee training programs to enhance workforce capabilities and productivity.
  • Lead recruitment & performance evaluation.
  • Resolve workforce grievances, issues, investigations & disciplinary procedures.
  • Direct overall administrative operations within the facility.
  • Maintain effective liaison with government bodies, courts & LEA.
  • Handle trade union relations and labor-related issues with tact and professionalism.
  • Ensure strict adherence to buyer CoC and compliance requirements.
  • Support the Compliance Department in social, technical, and compliance audits.
  • Professionally engage with buyers and coordinate their facility visits.
  • Stay updated with and ensure full compliance with labor laws, government regulations, and industry standards.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups to drive operational efficiency and production.
  • Prepare need-based report on facility operations vs. excess working hour analysis.
  • Manage official Transportation pool.
  • Closely monitor and ensure proper security throughout the organization.
  • Maintain cross-functional activities with relevant departments.
  • Any other activities assigned by the management from time to time
