Responsibilities & Context: - Develop and implement HR policies, strategies, and SOPs.
- Formulate and ensure the implementation of facility increments and promotions.
- Prepare Salary Sheet; manage all activities related to payroll & able to work with payroll software.
- Design and oversee training programs to enhance workforce capabilities and productivity.
- Lead recruitment & performance evaluation.
- Resolve workforce grievances, issues, investigations & disciplinary procedures.
- Direct overall administrative operations within the facility.
- Maintain effective liaison with government bodies, courts & LEA.
- Handle trade union relations and labor-related issues with tact and professionalism.
- Ensure strict adherence to buyer CoC and compliance requirements.
- Support the Compliance Department in social, technical, and compliance audits.
- Professionally engage with buyers and coordinate their facility visits.
- Stay updated with and ensure full compliance with labor laws, government regulations, and industry standards.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to drive operational efficiency and production.
- Prepare need-based report on facility operations vs. excess working hour analysis.
- Manage official Transportation pool.
- Closely monitor and ensure proper security throughout the organization.
- Maintain cross-functional activities with relevant departments.
- Any other activities assigned by the management from time to time
