Responsibilities & Context:
We are looking for an experienced & qualified GM-Compliance of our Garments factory.
Job Location: Manikganj (Saturia), Dhamrai-Dhaka
Responsibilities:
- To take full responsibility for the Compliance department.
- Adequate knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Law & Rules, ILO Convention, COC of different brands/buyers, CAP reply, Audit Conduct- SA 8000, BSCI, WRAP, SEDEX, ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, OCS, RCS, GRS, PACT, CT-PAT, CP, BEPI, HIGG, etc.
- Well-experienced in Sustainability, Environmental Management, Utility management, Social Compliance, Technical Audit, etc.
- Well experienced in ACCORD & ALLIANCE remediation works.
- Adequate knowledge in OB, OHS housekeeping issues as well as payroll management, recruitment etc.
- Good leadership ability to lead & motivate the subordinates.
- Ensure 100% implementation of buyer's COC, Labor Law 2006, and Labor Rules.
- Capable of maintaining excellent industrial relations between the workers, floor staff & the top Management of the Company.
