Additional Requirements:

  • Ability to handle multiple client portfolios and field visits.

  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software and basic legal understanding of land-related matters.

  • High attention to detail and organizational ability.

  • Knowledge of real estate trends, property laws and the local market.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

  • Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.

Responsibilities & Context:

We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented individuals for the position of Senior Executive/Executive – Land Sales. The role involves promoting land-based real estate projects, engaging potential clients, negotiating deals and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate should have strong sales expertise, especially in land sales, with in-depth knowledge of land laws, documentation and customer handling in the real estate market.

 Key Responsibilities: 

1. Land Sales & Business Development:

  • Develop and implement effective land sales strategies to meet company targets.

  • Actively identify and pursue new sales opportunities for land projects.

  • Conduct site visits with prospective clients, highlighting key features and investment advantages of land plots.

  • Negotiate terms, pricing and finalize agreements with buyers, ensuring all legal and compliance aspects are met. 

2. Client Engagement & Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and investors.

  • Provide timely updates and transparent communication to clients throughout the sales process.

  • Offer post-sales support including guidance on registration, mutation and other legal formalities.

  • Encourage referrals and repeat business through excellent service. 

3. Documentation & Legal Coordination

  • Assist clients with necessary land documentation and verification processes.

  • Coordinate with legal teams, surveyors and regulatory authorities to ensure proper land demarcation and registration.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales and legal records of all land transactions.

4. Market Research & Competitor Analysis:

  • Monitor land pricing, availability and competitor activity in targeted areas.

  • Identify emerging demand zones and provide suggestions for new land acquisitions or projects.

  • Use market insights to shape pricing strategies and promotional activities. 

5. Reporting & CRM Management:

  • Track lead generation, conversions and customer interactions through CRM tools.

  • Prepare and present weekly/monthly sales reports to the management.

  • Document all client meetings, inquiries and sales follow-ups systematically.
