Responsibilities & Context:

Job Context:

The role requires a strong leader capable of aligning HR strategy with business objectives across diverse business units.

Job Description:

  • Develop and implement HR strategy, policies, and systems aligned with corporate goals;

  • Lead talent acquisition, workforce planning, and employer branding initiatives;

  • Drive organizational development, succession planning, and leadership development;

  • Drive effective performance management process and initiatives that will ensure accountability and business success are achieved & sustained.

  • Oversee compensation & benefits structure, payroll, and HR operations

  • Maintain strong employee relations, engagement, and retention programs

  • Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Labor Law and regulatory requirements

  • Lead HR digital transformation and HRIS implementation;

  • The incumbent shall be responsible for designing & developing HR policies, processes and practices for the Jamuna Group Business. The member would also be expected to play an institutional role in processes across the Jamuna Group depending on functional / domain expertise.

  • Provide strategic HR advice to top management and business unit heads
