Bachelor’s/Master’s in Mechanical/Industrial/Production Engineering or related field.
Minimum 12+ years’ experience in manufacturing, including at least 5 years in a senior managerial role in cookware/home appliances/electronics production.
Strong knowledge of production technology, process automation, and quality assurance.
Proven leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and team management ability.

Jamuna Electronics & Automobiles Ltd., one of the largest and fastest-growing electronics and home appliance manufacturers in Bangladesh, is seeking an experienced and result-oriented professional to join our team at the Factory, Jamuna Industrial Park, Gazipur.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the entire Home Appliances & Cookware production unit.
Ensure smooth production planning, scheduling, and execution to achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets.
Implement modern production methods to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Maintain strict quality control in line with company and international standards.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Develop and train production teams for enhanced skill and productivity.
Coordinate with R&D, Supply Chain, and Sales teams for product innovation and timely market delivery.
