• Professional training in Retail Management, Sales & Marketing or Commercial Space Development.

• Knowledge of Retail Analytics, ERP systems and showroom operations.

Purpose Statement

Senior Manager to oversee all aspects of showroom operations, from setting up new locations to managing daily tasks and resolving operational issues. The ideal candidate will have experience in retail management, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate potential plazas or commercial locations for setting up new Plaza.

• Conduct site visits and negotiate rental terms to secure optimal locations.

• Prepare deed as per negotiation with rent owner and take management Approval for opening new plaza.

• Plan and coordinate the design and interior setup of new showrooms to align with branding guidelines.

• Manage all aspects of opening a showroom, including regulatory compliance, team readiness, and setup to attract customers and generate initial footfall.

• Insure the upkeep and maintenance of all showroom facilities, including fixtures, equipment, and interiors.

• Manage and ensure timely payment of rent and utility bills for all showrooms.

• Maintain accurate records of payments and liaise with landlords or service providers as needed.

• Maintain Plaza closing as per procedure as in -

1. Ensure that the showroom advance is returned or to be adjusted as per the deed and company policy.

2. Hunt down the alternative plaza placement for the closed plaza.

3. All other Products, assets, equipment, and belonging to the showroom must be returned or sell off on discount or replaced to the new Plaza.

4. Complete all necessary documentation related to the plaza closure & inform all staff about the showroom closure and ensure proper communication regarding reassignments or termination.

5. Cancel or transfer utility services (electricity, water, and internet) as needed & Review and close any remaining contracts associated with the Plaza.
