Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Graduate in any discipline/ MBA in HRM/ LLB/ PGDHRM.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ A Leading Business & Industrial Group in the Textile Sectors (Spinning- 2,20,000 Spindles, Knitting, Dyeing & Printing).
∎ Job Location: Mills at Gazipur.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Able to execute overall mills admin/HR activities.
∎ Assist Management for effective execution of administrative functions of the mills.
∎ Well conversant with labor laws, local laws & regulations and ensure implementation.
∎ Able to successfully develop strategic policy & procedures in aspect of Admin, HR & Compliance issues.
∎ Have to ensure accountability and highest transparency in work.
∎ Have to ensure required compliance in the factory premises implemented as per buyer code of conduct.
∎ Able to efficiently deal/communicate with govt/non-govt/Ngo's & maintain liaison for company's interest.
∎ Coordinate with top management & shoulder responsibilities.
∎ Successfully resolve employees grievance, stress in a proactive manner.
∎ Communicate with the concerns for their needs in respect of administration and security.
∎ Responsible for ensuring healthy work place, Hygiene & environment.
∎ Have to ensure mills safety and top security with utmost professionalism.
∎ Have to ensure timely selection & placement.
∎ Any other activities assigned by the management from time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 50 years
∎ At least 5 year(s) as DGM & 3 year(s) experience as GM.
∎ Retired Army Person (Major/ Colonel) having minimum 5 year(s) experience in the Textile sectors will be given preference.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): General HR, Recruitment & Selection, Compensation/Benefits, Attendance, Leave Management, Factory HR Administration, Training & Development, Legal Compliance/ Code of Conduct, Organization Development/ Process Improvement, HR Database Management, Performance & Career Management and Labor Union Management.
∎ Good Communication skills in both English and Bengali.
∎ Good leadership ability to lead & motivate the subordinates.
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame.
∎ Excellent in inter-personal & communication skills.
∎ Good team player, well-organized, initiative and detail-oriented.
