∎ Age at most 35 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Observe the garments sewing process accuracy on regular basis.
∎ Ensuring that the samples produced are with high quality & according to the details specified.
∎ Work closely with the sample and merchandising teams to ensure accurate sample preparation.
∎ Ensure all patterns are production-friendly and cost-efficient.
∎ Assist in technical problem-solving related to pattern issues during sampling or production.
∎ Ensure adherence to buyer standards and specifications.
∎ Provide input on construction techniques and garment balance.
∎ Collaborate with quality control, knitting, and finishing teams to ensure smooth workflow and product accuracy.
∎ Must know about both washed and non-washed garments.
∎ Good communication and teamwork skills to work with the production, merchandising & Finishing teams.
∎ Ensure technical specifications and garment construction meet buyer standards.
∎ Train and guide production teams on machinery, technical adjustments, and finishing techniques.
∎ Analyze production issues and provide solutions to improve efficiency and reduce defects.
∎ Ensure compliance with quality assurance standards and safety practices.
∎ Troubleshoot technical issues on the production floor in real-time.
∎ Conduct root cause analysis for production delays and recommend process engineering solutions.
∎ Makes best efforts to create congenial work environment what is called "win-win situation"Need to monitor the excess shipment;Reduce the non-used manpower;
