Job Context:
∎ Job Summary: Talent Centric is looking for Field Operation Managers in six different areas all over Bangladesh. Areas are as follows: Dhaka, Chittagong, Mymensingh, Rangpur & Khulna. The individual in this position will be responsible for supervising and improving their company`s field marketing, sales, and merchandising initiatives. It will also require hiring and training a team of field representatives, evaluating and analyzing their performance, and planning and managing logistics.
∎ Ultimately, field operations managers are the backbone of any large field team, ensuring the team has the skills, resources, and support to successfully execute its strategy.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervising payroll & HRIS teams of the respective regions in an effective and efficient manner.
∎ Attendees Check of Field Force.
∎ Ensures accurate and timely processing of payroll updates including new hires, terminations, and changes to pay rates.
∎ Fulfill the manpower requirements with the assistance of the HR Department.
∎ Maintain employee database with all necessary information.
∎ Coordinate with regional clients to forecast future hiring needs.
∎ Ensure regional compliance with all HR regulations.
∎ Liaise maintain with local law enforcement department, local administration & DIFE.
∎ Supervising attendance, Leave, discipline issues, and solving any dispute.
∎ Answer the general inquiries on payroll calculation
∎ Meet all kinds of deadlines from the HQ end.
∎ Handle and respond to existing service queries from clients quickly, effectively, and accurately.
∎ Market visit to ensure the smooth operation for the field force.
∎ Responsible for training, briefing, and motivation to the team for team development.
∎ Direct report to Operation Manager & KAM for making any decision, operational activities and make an execution plan
∎ Any other job assigned by management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience Requirements: 4 to 5 years of experience in a similar role FMCG industry is preferred.
∎ Additional Requirements (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities):
∎ Ability to conduct the recruitment based on necessity.
∎ Should have good knowledge of Bangladesh Labor law.
∎ Deadline-driven with strong analytical skills.
∎ Ability to evaluate and train staff members.
∎ Strong budgeting and organizational skills.
∎ Excellent leadership qualities
