Responsibilities & Context:
Talent Centric Limited is hiring Sourcing Executive for one of its sister concerns.
Job Responsibilities:
Identify and source new property listings across assigned areas (Uttara, Mirpur, and other locations).
Build and maintain relationships with property owners, agents, and developers.
Visit properties regularly to collect accurate information, photos, and pricing details.
Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure smooth property onboarding.
Maintain an updated database of available properties.
Achieve monthly sourcing targets as set by management.
