∎ Minimum Bachelor degree .
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Educational qualification may be relaxed for highly experienced & capable candidates;

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Will be responsible for overall activities (cutting to distribution) related to production and operation.
∎ Work for 100% capacity utilization and waste reduction.
∎ Manage all tasks for smooth production and on-time distribution.
∎ Create a highly motivated workforce to achieve target.
∎ Establish the highest level of discipline on production floors.
∎ Ensure proper housekeeping on production floors.
∎ Ensure optimum utilization of man and machine.
∎ Communicate directly with top management when need any issues arise.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Incumbents who have work experience in the garments/Knit industry will get preferences;
∎ Strong leadership, team management, problem-solving, and multi-tasking skill.
∎ Excellent Communication skills in both English and Bengali.
∎ Good knowledge & skills in computing.
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time frame.
∎ Needs to have Strong knowledge/understanding of Planning.
∎ Positive work ethics and result-oriented for assigned responsibilities;
∎ Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives;
∎ Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships and good teamwork;
∎ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision;
