Experience:

• 4 to 6 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

• Bachelor/Honors

• Minimum bachelor`s degree.

• Preferred Professional Certification: Educational qualification may be relaxed for highly experienced & capable candidates.

• Only males are allowed to apply.

• Incumbents who have work experience in the garments/Knit industry will get preferences.

• Strong leadership, team management, problem-solving, and multi-tasking skills.

• Excellent Communication skills in both English and Bengali. Good knowledge & skills in computing.

• Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time frame.

• Needs to have Strong knowledge/understanding of Planning.

• Positive work ethics and results-oriented for assigned responsibilities.

• Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives.

• Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships and good teamwork.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Will be responsible for overall activities (cutting to distribution) related to production and operation.

• Work for 100% capacity utilization and waste reduction.

• Manage all tasks for smooth production and on-time distribution.

• Create a highly motivated workforce to achieve target.

• Establish the highest level of discipline on production floors.

• Ensure proper housekeeping on production floors.

• Ensure optimum utilization of man and machine.

• Communicate directly with top management when need any issues arise.
